Why get screened?

The diagnostic versions, of the above vascular and organ ultrasound scans, are typically not done by your doctor, during a routine physical, because they are very expensive. Insurance and Medicaid, or Medicare, will not pay for screenings or diagnostic scans, unless you have symptoms. Morgan Mill ISD, Faculty, Staff, and Family Members will have the opportunity to get screened. If a problem is found, take your report to your doctor. Once your doctor sees there is a problem, they will then have the evidence they need, to be able to order further diagnostic testing. Then, insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare, will be obligated to pay for you to receive treatment, or corrective surgery, before, a catastrophic event, such as stroke, sudden death from abdominal aorta aneurysm rupture, or leg amputation occurs. All vascular and organ ultrasounds are interpreted by a Radiologist who is Board Certified, and then, confidentially mailed directly to each person screened. Critical Results will be expedited.
